Not builtTwo questions on the form are decided and not yet built: I now live in the community where I plan to plant and I can attend all three days in full. A no would not block registering; it would flag the candidate for the CPL and SSC Admin.
TestingWho sends, and from what address. Proposal: the app sends as Covenant Church Planting with replies going to SSC Admin. The alternative is SSC Admin forwarding each one by hand, as before.
It does not have to be all or nothing. Pick the tier for this cycle and the rest waits for spring.
This page replaces the Google Form. SSC Admin emails the link as usual. Rooming and kitchen lists come out of the registrations instead of a spreadsheet.
Good, plus the invitation goes from the app to each candidate with the CPL copied, carrying their personal link, once the CPL confirms readiness. Coaches get theirs the same way.

TestingWhich tier, and by when. The date that matters is 27 October, the last day to book a flight inside the 21-day reimbursement window. Working back from it: CPLs briefed at the 1 October meeting, invitations out 2 to 6 October.

Book your flight by 27 October. That is the date the 21-day reimbursement window closes, and it falls before registration does. Booking later than 27 October means airfare is not reimbursed in full, so this is the one date to put in your calendar today — ahead of registering, not after.

Everyone attending registers here: recommended candidates, coaches, CPLs and the training team. Attendance is 100% mandatory. If you cannot be present for the whole training, do not register; speak with your conference staff about postponing your training start instead.

Not builtThe airfare cap and the mileage rate are unset for this cycle on purpose. The last two cycles carried different figures because each email was forwarded from the one before. They render here the day SSC Admin sets them, and nowhere else.

Flights. Book economy or basic economy to Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) at least 21 days ahead, which for this cycle means by 27 October. SSC reimburses round-trip airfare up to a cap set each cycle, in USD. This cycle's cap is not set yet, so confirm it with SSC Admin before you book. Rare exceptions to the cap exist for extreme distances such as Alaska or parts of Canada, and only for tickets bought 21 days out.
Driving. Personal auto is reimbursed per mile plus tolls, not to exceed the 21-day economy airfare equivalent. This cycle's rate is not set yet; confirm it with SSC Admin.
Housing. Housing is provided Monday afternoon through Friday morning checkout. SSC Admin confirms the hotel and whether the room is booked centrally about a week before.
On site. SSC uses WhatsApp during the event for rides and logistics. Install it before you travel.
Not covered. Change or cancellation fees, Car rentals, Food and drink before you arrive, Nights outside the housing window.
Reimbursement. The SSC reimbursement form. Submit receipts within one week after the event ends. Receipts after that cannot be reimbursed.
