Three days in Chicago where the wider community confirms together what your conference has already discerned about you. It isn't a test to pass.
Block Monday 8 March too. Travel day. Everyone flies in Monday night, so the nights you need are 8 March through 11 March even though the event itself runs March 9–11, 2027.
Your Conference Church Planting Leader attends with you, along with at least one other assessor the CPL and the Assessment Director agreed on together. You won't be assessed by strangers.

Thanks. Corrections go to SSC Admin to confirm before the roster changes, so you don't need to fix it anywhere else.
Flights. Book economy to O'Hare (ORD) at least 21 days in advance. Booking early keeps costs down and gives your CPL time to coordinate arrival with the group. All figures on this page are USD.
Driving. Personal auto is reimbursed at the rate in force on the day you travelled, plus tolls, and capped at the 21-day advance economy airfare equivalent. Car rentals are not covered, and food and drink are not covered until you arrive. This cycle's rate is not set yet, so confirm it with SSC Admin before you book. A rate carried forward from the last cycle is how the published figure and the paid figure drift apart.
Hotel. Lodging confirmation follows about a week prior. SSC Admin's email confirms whether the room is booked centrally or booked by the attendee.
Reimbursement. Travel goes through the standard SSC reimbursement form. The Assessment Center is one of the costs SSC and your conference share. Ask your CPL or SSC Admin before you book if you're unsure what's covered.
